Our Humble Beginnings:
In 1990, Wayne was blessed with his new independence and Guide Dog Paser. After working for over 10 years it was time to hang up Paser's harness for the last time. Unfortunately, Paser developed hip dysplasia and canine arthritis during his retirement. After numerous visits to the Vet, Wayne had to make the agonizing decision to euthanize his devoted companion and Guide Dog. As Paser lay on the floor waiting for the veterinarian to end his pain and suffering, Wayne embraced him one last time and Thanked him for all the years of dedicated service, companionship and for saving his life on two occasions.
Out of this devastating experience came the inspiration for Wayne and Tina to try and find a product that may have eased Paser's suffering during his last few months of his life. After searching the Internet for what seemed to be an eternity, Tina found a Unique product called the Bottom's Up Leash. Then after many sleepless nights and hours of discussion, Wayne and Tina decided to open their first On-line pet store in 2004. And as they say "the rest is history"

Both Wayne and Tina have worked in the customer service industry for a combined total of 30 plus years.
